I have just found out that I am pregnant 5 days after expected date to have my period. but for the last 3 weeks it happens that i used advil cold and sinus and i am worried

Be sure when you see your OB-GYN that you mention this to him but I think you dont have much to worry about. Advil or ibuprofen is not the best thing to take when pregnant but it is more dangerous in the later stages of pregnancy. As far as the decongestant component, women are sometimes allowed to take pseudoephedrine during pregnancy. As you know, it is best not to take anything early in your pregnancy but dont beat yourself up over what you had taken early in yours. Do be sure you discuss it with your Dr but I think he will say much the same as I did.
