Olanzapine has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA which means that risk can not be ruled out. Animal studies have shown some fetotoxicity but at doses a lot higher than recommended in humans. There have been no studies in humans.
You should follow the advice of your doctor. You and your doctor need to weigh up the risks and benefits of taking olanzapine while pregnant.
If you feel unhappy or unsure you could always seek a second opinion.
