How long can you take pregabalin and mecobalamin for diabetic neuropathy?

Pregabalin 150mg and Mecobalamin 750mcg. once a day- for how many days it can safely be taken for diabetic neuropathy.

I can find no reason why they can't be used long term. Pregabalin is used long term, and mecobalamin is a form of vit B-12.

My doctor started me on Lyrica quite a long time ago. Probably 2 years ago. I do not have diabetic neuropathy I have Peripheral. I take 600 mg Lyrica per day. I also have sever neuropathy. I do not take Mecobalamen. Do not know what it is.
