You can definitely feel faint when sitting up (from a lying down position) but I can't explain your blackouts while lying down.

Yes, quite often when sitting up or it seems to be that once i have blacked out once (when sitting) I can carry on blacking out (up to 20 x) even when lying down. This is over a period of about an hour or so.
