Hi bashfulkitten. I currently take remeron (mirtazapine). In my case I take it for depression, as well as an added bonus in that it helps me sleep. A good side effect for me. Much needed in as I suffer from insomnia. Remeron is prescribed for various psychiatric disorders. Not knowing what you want to know about remeron, on the top of the page, the search engine, type in "remeron" and then you can read up on this drug, its actions on our bodies, mentally and physically. the best to you.
