Is this situation to difficult to answer? Children in Holland have pneumonia vaccination as part of their regular group of shots. And Canada endorses this vaccine in their Flu National Plan. Is America missing the benefit that could save lives of children and others from bacterial secondary infections like with the pandemic flu ?
