Hello, has he tried to treat it with an oral pill as well, there is one called diflucan aka fluconazole that he could take as well as treating just the skin. Also make sure he doesn't also have a condition called folliculitis. That is an infection of the pores the hair comes out of. He could háček both conditions as the same time. He needs to make sure while he is treating these conditions that he doesn't put any clothing on that he has worn without washing them and keep that area as dry as possible. Moisture tends to make fungal infections worse, so use just a little bit of cream aand rub in well then dry or wipe it with a soft, clean cloth. Patti

Theres an onitment, it contains zinc and I've used it over 60 years and counting. Its contains 15% Zinc oxide, lanolin, paraffin, cetosterayl, as well as white petrolatum. Grateful wife first I think he should see a dr then you may think ths is a strange answer but get him vagisil cream and that should help. Wants he see the dr and clears it up for good. Tell him to use a deoderant spray down there to stop to much sweat. Kinda like fda spray. That's my advise. Jaime
