In the US 1-800-556-1937. Through Valeant Pharmaceuticals. But your local pharmacy can order it easily for you. Usually the patient is also put on an immune suppressent medicine, such as immuran or cellcept. I only know of this as my dog has myasthenia gravis & is taking the pyridostigmine.

My dog was just diagnosed with myasthenia gravis. The first bottle was amazingly expensive... do you feel yours is and have you done shopping for a lower price? We do not know where to start.
