There is no known interaction between Plaquenil and levothyroxine - however, this does not necessarily mean no interactions exist. If you do experience any adverse effects please see your doctor.

give energy and could cause you not to sleep good and headaches but suppose to go away after you get use to the medicine thats what my Dr told me if you still have proplems after about a month see you Dr.
