When did you take your last pregnancy test? It could be the hormones in Plan b but you might also be pregnant. Plan b wont help if pregnancy has already occured and it is not meant to be used as birth control so taking it multiple times the same month can really mess you up! I would go see your gynecologist since it has been several months since you have had a period. It is rare, but I have known of women who never show positive on a urine test but do on a blood test. If you are not pregnant, your dr may need to induce a period and you should also look into a more reliable birth control method while you are there. I'm not a big fan of having Plan b OTC. Too many women dont know how to use it properly and rely on it for birth control. It is meant for contraceptive failure not to use just because you were too lazy or too "in the moment" to think about birth control. Sorry, I dont mean to sound harsh to you. I just see too many girls who rely on Plan b as birth control.

Sorry so many questions but if I was pregnant since I took the plan b pill would affect the baby?
No, it wont hurt the baby (Plan b). If you took a test yesterday and it was negative then it is likely that you are not pregnant and it is probably just the hormones. Did you take the pregnancy test with the first AM void? It will have the highest concentration of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (the hormone that is only produced by a pregnant woman that the test tests for). If concentrations of HCG are too low, it will give you a false negative. When I got pregnant, especially with my first, the earliest symptom I had besides late period was very sore, tender, enlarged boobs. It hurt to even walk! Hormones like the pill and Plan b can cause breast tenderness though, as well, so it makes it hard to tell. I would go ahead and make an appt with the GYN just to be sure. You may very well start your period here soon too, it may just be PMS, but you do need more reliable birth control than using Plan b.

I assume condoms are not something that is a preferred option for you since you didnt make use of them. They are the easiest, most widely available birth control option without hormones or prescription and they have the plus of preventing sexually transmitted diseases and infections. If you did well on the pill, that is always a good option for many women and you have more sponteneity than with barrier methods like condoms and things like a diaphragm. Depo-Provera can be a good option for many women as well. Talk to your GYN and go over all your options. It is better to have a good reliable birth control so that you can enjoy your sex life without having to worry (like men do!) If you have any more sex, make use of condoms. they are not the most comfortable and enjoyable of the options but you dont want to get pregnant in the meantime in the event that you are not pregnant yet!!
