I found a pill in my nephews room with a m in a square on one side, and a 5 on the other.. It's small and round and white.

This pill is made by Mallickrodt Pharmaceuticals, it is 5mgs Oxycodone.

There are two pills which match this description.
The Oxycodone pill which zippy has described is scored (has a dividing line to break the pill in half).
If the pill is not scored it is
METHYLIN Methylphenidate 5 mg
which is a branded generic version of Ritalin
