Rugby imprints were discontinued years ago; the company was acquired by Watson in 1998. So your pill is quite old.
You could contact Watson directly, but I'm not sure given the time elapsed whether they can help.

Even though it is an old pill it is cyclobenzaprine which is a muscle relaxer
