Our english bull terrier has a bad rash on his underside caused we think by grass and injections from the vet every 3 weeks may disturb the animal, I assume the tablet may only be consumed by human but would like to know if can be used on our dog.

Yes it appears you can give Phenergan to dogs. The dose is 1mg/kg twice daily.
