Hi Im 39 and my gynecologist gave me a carbonyl iron 90 mg pill twice a day to treat anemia(9) from?

... heavy menstrual bleeding. My question is: is this a safe dose?

Is it safe to take cyanocobalamin 1,000 daily for 6 days than 0nce a week than once a month?

What was meant was 1000 mcg. daily for 6 days to build up a B-12 deficiency. Is this too much?
