Can this cream permethrin 5% be used for Staff Infection???

If not used appropriately it may be dangerous. You'd be better off with bacitracin!
scabies is a serious parasitic infection and while pyrethrins were originally found in mums, the new compounds are made in a factory and the concentrations used for extermination are not supposed to touch your skin, those who apply it wear biohazard suits, and inhabitants including pets must leave until the chemicals dry when used in dwellings. Therefore I would not infer any circumstaance use that cream for anything other than BUGS!!!
