You've stuck it out for 3 days already, don't go back, please. Sweetlemon gave you some great advice. Trust me, I know she went through a lot. She cold turkeyed off of 80mg prescribed oxycontin. And she made it! You can too. As hard as this sounds, drink as much water as you could possibly hold. The more you sweat and urinate the faster the meds get out of your system. It's vital to stay well hydrated. The next issue is lack of energy. If you physically are able to, get out and start walking. Begin slowly and increase a little more each day. Exercise helps reboot the natural feel good endorphins. And I highly recommend counseling. N/A is a good place to start. They will help you stay strong, educate you on addictions, and most importantly, teach you the techniques and give you the "tools" to help you avoid relapse.

The stats are very clear on this; there is a much higher rate of relapse among people who haven't had some sort of counseling as opposed to those who have. Even if you can't make it to a meeting yet, at least come here for support and guidance. There are many people here battling addiction. Stay strong, follow SL's advice on the "Thomas Recipe" and most of all, remember you are NOT alone in this.
