can i take 4 Percocet 7.5/325 tablets at once?

There is no reason for you to be taking four 7.5/500 pills at once. You're doubling the amount of acetaminophen you're allowed before the dose becomes toxic to your liver. The maximum allowed by the FDA for a dose is less than 1000mg of acetaminophen. Taking four of those pills at once is nothing less than addictive behavior. I'm not judging you just telling it like it is. If you really need that much medication at once you belong in the hospital.
