They are comparable but no. Percocet is a schedule II drug where Vicodin is below that. Percocet is much stronger and had many more immediate and long term side effects. Check into other pain management options before losing years of your life to these drugs. That work but lose their full effectiveness after a while and then u keep going up and up...
