Penicillin - can you take mucinex dm with penicillian?

my boyfriend is allergic to penicillian basically anything in the cillian family. can he take mucinex dm?

Yes, he can take Mucinex DM. Mucinex DM can also be taken with penicillin.

It is my understanding that Tylenol can damage your liver if taken in high dosages. Can Mucinex DM have the same consequences?
