Patch getting wet and reapplied. does it still work?

If the drug delivery side is wet I would suggest you discard it and apply another one. Being wet it may alter the rate of medicine delivery and the efficacy of the medicine can't be guaranteed.

Climara - Are the patches clear or are they suppose to be a light brown on the outside?
I had a patch on at the hospital and it was a clear patch,but today when I put on a new one it has a tan covering on the outside.
