Past 10 yrs suffering fromschizopherenia, no medicine shown positive result. pls advice?

You might try Saphris or Latuda -- I have had my greatest succcess with those. Olanzapine helped to alleviate some of my psychosis and cognitive impairment, but the side effects were horrible (weight gain, somnolence.) I would not willingly go back to it.

But then again, you should realize your mental health will never be perfect no matter what medications you are or are not taking. No one's is. I recently complained to my psychiatrist about this, and he said if he is at 75% mentally and emotionally, he considers it a good day. And here I was shooting for 100%!
