Paraldehyde - dose of paraldhyde in convulsing child?

Using an enema containing 1 part paraldehyde diluted with 9 parts saline:
Adults & children over 12 years: 20ml
Child up to 3 months: 0.5ml, 3-6 months 1ml, 6-12 months 1.5ml, 1-2 years 2ml, 3-5 years 3-4ml, 6-12 years 5-10ml
