taking panadol with carbohydrates (sugars) may decrease their absoption from gastrointestinal tract. as 7up also contains sugar hence is may cause the same. the usual therapeutic effect of panadol may not be obtained in this case. so i advise to avoid taking carbohydrates containing foods two hours before and after taking panadol.
