Is this combination of drugs a problem? I was on Wellbutrin for migraine, but it wasn't as effective as I would like. My doctor change my medication to Pamelor. He did not tell me to stop the Wellbutrin so I have taken both. Reading on this website, I am now afraid this is a bad combination
