I have an extremely high tolerance to opiates, and been on prescribed oxycodone, fentanyl, morphine, for over ten years, and I need Palladone 24 mg. twice daily, how do I get that prescribed?
Palladone - How do I acquire a prescription, would I have to go to another country?

As far as I know, Palladone is no longer available in the US. As to whether it is available in other countries, I couldnt tell you. The closest thing here is the States would be either Dilaudid (short acting)or Exalgo which is an extended release formula of hydromorphone. It comes in 8mg, 12mg and 16 mg. Exalgo is the closest thing to Palladone you will find here. A pain management physician could possible write for Exalgo.

You're correct, its not available in the US. As for going to another country, even if say Canada had it, no doctor who values his license would prescribe it for someone who comes across the border just for that purpose and who does not live there.
