Sounds awful, but I'm confused. Was it waxing or tweeting that caused this? I'd be seeking a new esthetician who practices excellent sanitation. As an esthetician myself, I have never heard of something like this.
You might try soaks of Epsom salts. It will likely reduce the pain, swelling and infection. Continue your antibiotics!

Did they ever take a swab culture of the drainage/pus from the boils and test it to see what type of infection you have? I'm just wondering if they may have given you the wrong kind of antibiotic for your specific infection, because if it's something like MRSA, you would need a different kind of antibiotic.
And I agree with the others. Keep taking your medication until it's all gone, keep a moist, hot washcloth on the boil, and make sure you keep the area nice and clean by washing it wish antibacterial liquid soap and warm water. I suggest Hibiclens, and if you can't get it, the second-best soap you can use (just in my own opinion from personal experience) is SofSoap's clear antibacterial liquid hand soap. I hope you get better real soon! I know how painful those things can get!
