Pill imprint N T 5 has been identified as Trihexyphenidyl hydrochloride 5 mg.
Trihexyphenidyl is used in the treatment of parkinson's disease; cerebral spasticity; extrapyramidal reaction and belongs to the drug class anticholinergic antiparkinson agents.

C2 on one side, 6 or 9 on the other. Small, white, round. Maybe a pain pill?
