I now see a pain management dr.. hes and group are very good..but i have been searching for a pain-management that accepts medicaid for over 1yr now.. I just don't understand it ? I'm on a tight budget and its hard to pay out of pocket every mo nth,

Oh hon, I wish you luck, but we just had a heck of a time finding a primary for my patient, who would take it, here in virginia. The reason is that medicaid requires alot of paperwork for very little money, and most drs feel its too much trouble for what it gets them. I'm not talking they only pay half their fee, I'm talking about, what they pay doesn't cover their cost of having the patient. I will see if I can find out anything, and let you know.
