... working.Been on it almost a year and it doesn't relieve the pain and makes my anxiety worse,mean,and heart palpatate .Any ideas of what other meds are out there.I have been on lortab,oxycodone,oxycotin,and the some have worked better then the other.I would be greatful if you could tell me your story and what helped you

Dear kyjordan32,
So sorry you are having such a hard time. There are alot of people here who can help you tremendously and care alot. There are other meds. you can ask you're doctor about. Fentany Patch, Opana Er, and Dilaudid, are three right off the back I can think of that you didn't mention. You might try telling you're doctor what you're on isn't working and see if he's willing to work with you and try something else. I wish you the very best and hope you're pain gets better and you're doctor will find the right one for you. Ruth

Went back to pain doc and he put me on percocet 10/325 x 3 for breakthrough and still kept me on morphine 100mg x2 .So I hope that the percocet will help better then the msir 30 mg 3x a day .Also on xanax 1mg 3 x a day,40 mg prozac,60 mg of propanol I think and he also gave me elivil for sleep.Said that the only pain meds that was covered on insurance was methodone ,morphine which I looked up and was wrong so hope this works and I don't have near as much pain or panic attacks .I have GAD with panic disorder and severe panic attacks .It sucks because of pain and the anxiety.So any help will be greatful please respond back and tell me your story and what works
Dear kyjordan32, So glad you went to the doctor and he put you on some things that sound like they are going to work. I have been on all of them and they are all good. I have GAD too and I take Klonopin for mine, which is a cousin to Xanax. My mom took Xanax and it worked great for her. I take a new sleep drug called Silenor 6mg for sleep. So far it has worked. My doctor didn't want me on so many narcotic's so he took me off of my narcotic sleep med and put me on this. So far so good. I take Pristiq for depression and Abilify for Major Depression Disorder. I feel pretty good and am on an even keel. I feel really lucky. I just hope you get the relief you need. Let me know how you do. Ruth
