There are several online opiate converter charts. You need to do a search for them, and find them. It's important for you have to have them, because they all sometimes give different answers. So go to google and search for Narcotic Equivalency Converters.

I used only 1. I came up with 10 mg of Oxymorphone = 50 - 100 mg of Oxycodone.

One 10mg oxymorphone is equal to 20mgs of oxycodone.
