I have an oval, white tablet with the number 4 on one side. The other side is scored into 4 quarters with 42 in the top left corner, 16 in the top right corner, nothing in the bottom left corner, and it looks like a square root sign in the bottom right. Does anyone know what this might be? I was told it was for pain, but I can't find it on the pill identifier. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. God Bless you and yours!:D
