anyone know what this oval orange pill/tablet imprinted one side ESP is??

Could that be ESR?If so it is

it is definiately ESP..a light orange/peach oval pill

I have checked several databases, including my paid membership pharmaceutical ones, and can find nothing listed with this imprint.
It is possibly something OTC, there is no really comprehensive database on those.
