my nose is blocked always and m using otrivin since 2 years 10 times a day

I don't know about cancer ... but with the length of use and the extent of use you are bound to have constant nasal congestion ... known as rebound congestion. You must use Otrivin and other nasal decongestant sprays a few times a day (depending on the brand) and for a certain number of days ... and then you must have a break.
