Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo - would freezing your extra supply of birth control lessen their strength?

"Store at 25°C (77°F); excursions permitted to 15°– 30°C (59°– 86°F)."

These are the manufaturers storage recommendations.
To be on the safe side I would throw your tablets away and get a new precsription.
