I take my pill every night before bed. I am currently on my 2nd week. Last night I realized for the 2 previous nights I had accidentally taken pills from the 3rd week. I know with ortho tri cyclen lo, different weeks have different doses. Will this affect anything?

Yes, with Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo taking the pills in different week order can will affect the effectiveness of the pill. Different weeks pills are different strengths.
