It is possible that you are pregnant , but it's early on so the hormones aren't showing up yet. When was your last period, and are you late? I'd recommend taking another test in like 2 weeks, or go to the dr and get one done. The pregnancy tests sometimes have false negatives or positives. Do you feel like you are pregnant? Bloating, cramping morning sickness or sore breasts? I hope my answer helps. Good luck with trying to concieve
