If you skipped the first pill of the cycle then you woud need to wait until you have taken 7 active tablets until you are fully protected from pregnancy.
(It is probably one of the "worst" tablets to skip because it increases the length of your pill free interval which increases the risk of pregnancy)
Take a pregnancy test if you are concerned.
