I feel nauseas and some what sped up. is there caffiene in this pill. What do I do about the nausea feeling?

Yes, Tri Sprintec is the same as Ortho Tri-Cyclen and no there is no caffeine in this pill.
Nausea is a less serious side effect of these pills. If it is really bothersome talk to your doctor.
