Ortho Micronor is a progestin only oral contraceptive or a "mini pill".
Ideally you should have taken the tablet even though you were more than 3 hours late.
Since you missed 2 tablets continue taking the tablets as normal but use another method of contraception until the end of the month (until your next period).
If you had just missed just the 1 tablet you would only have to use another method of contraception for 48 hours.
Talk with your doctor if you feel worried.
