Ortho Cyclen - What if I took the green pill in the middle circle & should have taken the blue?

If the green pills from the pack that you took are the "fake" sugar pills that are supposed to be taken when you are on your period, then I would take a blue one from the outside circle as soon as possible and then continue with your regular schedule tomorrow. If am correct most of the green pills are the pills that you take during your period and are basically sugar pills to take to keep you in the habit of taking the pill everyday. Since or if I am correct then you didn't take any "birth control" and need to take one soon to stay on them properly.
