If it was recent then you can go to the pharm and buy plan b unless you want to be pregnant,and there is no way to tell if you might be pregnant because since you take b/c there is no way of knowing when you would be ovulating so i would not worry to much the chances are unlikely,but give it a few weeks and take a test,hope this helps and good luck,

It is possible that you are pregnant, although I agree with the previous poster that its fairly unlikely.

It says on Mayoclinic.com that "If you continued taking your birth control pill because you didn't realize you were pregnant, don't be alarmed. Despite years of this accident happening, there's very little evidence that exposure to the hormones in birth control pills causes birth defects."

If it were me, I would keep taking the pills, and then I would try to find out if I was pregnant as soon as it was reasonably possible, then make a decision about the pills at that time.
