Thanks so much for all the support sorry it takes me so long to respond dont have much free time. To give a lil more detail, I will say that as of the past few months Ive been doing much better considering my past. Still not good though. By better I simpily refer to the amount I use, which as of past 3 1/2 months Im down to taking about 3-6 hydro 10mg a day for most of month and for about a wk each month I take 3-5 20mg OC's. I have been able to avoid the desire to snort the OC's instead I take orally. I started about 7 yrs ago with hydros which quickly turned into a bad addiction to methadone. about 60-100mgs a day, orally. after a yr of that I managed to get myself off of the methadone but went back to anything else I could find for pain and alot of it. Luckily, I have been able to avoid injecting any. I am prescribed 60 Norco 10mg and 30 soma a month due to a back injury. Bulging disk. This is a recent injury from a wreck last year. My addiction started when I was prescribed hydrocodone at 16yrs old for cyst growing on my ovaries. At 17 I was pregnant with my 1st. My Ob continued my prescriptions. This carried on thru all pregnancies and in between. I know I havent answered all questions, so plz let me know what else ya'll need to know. Ive heard suboxone is a god sent for many, and I know how hard I've worked for yrs to kick this without success. So any info on how I can get on suboxone would be great. Im in a rather small town in Arkansas, Arkadelphia. The biggest city is over 100 miles away. Thank you all again for your support.

What kind of pills are you taking and are you getting them off the streets? Prescribed? How many per day? What mg's? Please fill in some details so we can help you the best way we can. Are they OC like your name indicates? If so how are you using them? Orally? snorting, injecting? Have you run in to the new OP version yet? Sorry so many questions but the more we know, the better advice we can offer. I will do my best to help you but need more info to work from. Are you near a big city?
We are here for you. Please try to fill in details ok?
Best wishes,
chris

Yes certain states, if you qualify, will pay for an entire prescription of sub and the doctor visits. And I also read somehwere that each doctor is allowed 3 patients that qualify for certain help that will pay for all or some of the treatment. In addition to actual doctor offices, there are suboxone clinics. You go in everyday for the first week or two to get your dose, and after clean drug screens you get privelages to take home certain many days doses. And they are cheaper than going to an actual doctor, I got to a sub clinic that is only $60.00 for your first day of induction and $13.00 for the suboxone. Like the other members said, more info would help. Please let us know, we would love to help you. If you need someone to talk to and support, this is the place!

Start with your pharmacy and also check with the suboxone webpage to see if they can help you. They have a toll free number listed on suboxone.com. Check your local mental health clinic and call all the doctors listed in your area who are licensed to write suboxone prescriptions and ask each what their induction fee and office visits run. Subutex has a generic now and can be as low as $2.50 per pill, Hope this helps

I can relate a bit. I have been on Vicodin for migraines for 3 years. Then my doctor just cut me off like that. Said to go to an addiction specialist. He put me on Suboxone/Subutex. That was great for awhile til I had shoulder surgery and they prescribed Norco. Now I'm on that, but not for long. I don't know why I went back to opiates again, but I believe I need a support group. Have you tried looking into the community for help? Sorry I wasn't much help, just wanted you to know you're not alone, I'll pray for you!
