I realize this answer is very late ... I don't know of the protocols about treating Onychomycosis. The link below has dosage details but the length of treatment, etc. is not stated. I guess that would depend on how long it takes to clear the fungal infection. Please discuss this with your doctor ... they will have a better idea about how severe your infection is and how long it will take to clear it up.
