I am taking 3G Keppra with 7.5 mg onfi (clobazam). Docs may add trileptal. I am diagnosed with right temporal lobe epilepsy.

I also have right temporal lobe epilepsy, and onfi has reduced my seizures by at least 75%. This is on a single dose at night of 10mg. I have been taking trileptal for several years (600mg AM + 600mg PM), which helped some, but adding the onfi has helped reduce the seizures much more.
