I used capzasin hp for shingles like my Dr said. the shingles had not broke out yet.. It hurts so bad I am crying how do cool it off. I tried washing it off its not working
OMG it is burning and I can't get it off, I am trying ice PLEASE help me?

I don't know much about your med,; but have a suggestion that may help some!!! I once rubbed BEN-GAY on a sprained muscle on the inside of my boyfriends leg. Well, I got some on his privates (LOL)... know u don't fee like laughing right now; butto be honest, it was totally an accident--even tho'' he deserved it!!! WELL, we tried everything too. YOU CAN RELATE RIGHT NOW I AM SURE. SO-I CAME UP WITH AN IDEA, TO GET A WET CLOTH, LAY IT ON THERE, TURNED THE FAN ON HIM, AND WALLA... HE GOT QUITE A BIT OF RELIEF TILL IT WORE COMPLETELY OFF. 24 HRS. LATER!!! Hope it helps... good luck love!! Peace
