It is not a noted side effect of omeprazole but could be the case.
Genitourinary side effects of omeprazole have included impotence and rare reports of urinary tract infection, pyuria, urinary frequency, proteinuria, hematuria, glycosuria, and testicular pain.

please allow you doctor to know the effects you are having, inform him it seems worse when you use this other medication I just want to be sure you don't have other medical problems that have been overlooked, I know this isn't the direct fastest answer but then I want you to be safe and I am sure that everyone on this site wants the same thing I wish you the very best

just wondering did you say you had problems ppost enlarged prostrate prior to this (I may have not read this correctly) but if you have any prostrate problems I almost waited too late I would go and have to wait as much as an hour my prostrate was so enlarged I am not saying this is your problem but they can reduce the swelling of the prostrate with proper medications provided the doctor knows you have problems they are bothersome to you asap, regardless in order to be on the safe side discuss this effect that you have with the medication, I may be concerned and it may just be nothing but I would rather it be that than to not encourage you to talk with the doctor, you are different and what happens to one person does not always happen to the other I again wish you the very best
