Olmesartan - Can Benicar cause tightness (glands) in the neck and itching in the mouth, tongue and?

... face? I have been on the medicine for four days. Had instant reaction. Was put on Benicar because I had reaction to lisinopril HCTZ.

Sorry this question wasn't answered earlier. It sounds as though you are experiencing symptoms of an allergic reaction. Stop taking Olmesartan and see your doctor immediately.
