You can take start your birth control when you like. However because you took it early you will need to wait for 7 days before you can rely on Ocella for contraceptive cover. It is likely that you will have breakthrough bleeding for the next cycle or two as your body adjusts to the changes in hormones - don't worry about this, it is normal and not a sign that the pill is not working. All the best.
