Anxiety caused illness,could zofran eliminate some vomiting

Zofran is indicated for prevention of nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy radiation and surgery.
Some studies have shown that low dose odansetron (zofran ) may be helpful for patients with OCD but more research is needed.
