I have one also I am trying to find out what it is. I know the funny looking E stands for Eon (I am guessing manufacturer) but I also need to know what this is.

E448 is Metaxalone 800mg by Sandoz (Eon merged with Sandoz)
Rose, oblong scored tablet.
Metaxalone is a muscle relaxant

Double check your imprint, I don't think its 448.

I found pill it is an oblong shape, dark pink/rose colored and in the middle of pill is a big number 1 and nothing is in back
